This mobile application is the first phase of a system development project that allows inquiries 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. It was realized through the construction of an inquiry management system that works in conjunction with the mobile application and a complete renewal of the website, at approximately 4 months and a monthly cost of about 1 million yen.
